i definently think he should stay i mean come on we are in a o/t area. its not like he goes into the other sections acting like an ***. i personally love coming into here seeing all the maham that is going on with the one exception of that horrible **** stuff and even when that happened i just left and came back the next day and everything was fine. people like him add character to a place like this. think about the forums that are strictly audio or car performance. they are boring as hell. also what bad has he actually done besides the ****. let him stay its for the best.

almost like Rick said... I'm not defending Phat at all here... I'm just going to say that I could probably look through every one of your posts (or anyone with hundreds) and find 1 spot where you violted TOS. Obviously, I'd never do that... I would be snitching on myself if I went through everyones posts... TOS does not mean much on this site... After that incident, yeah, I agree it's a good time to start enforcing the rules... things got crazy that night.

Also, I don't think you can find one post in PhatIllusions history of posts where he posted ****... I think it was all under other user names. So if we want to be very techinical/stupid on the issue, only his user names that posted **** should be banned. Just bring him back, he got his warning...

im voting yes because i see both sides of the issue and there's not an option for "sorta" on one hand phat did agree to stay gone if he was banned, on the other hand he is well liked on the forum and can on occasion be a good member on the forum. so my answer is yes but also no.
