PG Xenon 200.2 dob?

Hey guys I brought a Xenon 200.2 from hooked-on-tronics i hooked it up to my cdt-comps and i get no signal at all i then hooked up my other amp(ppi a-600) and every thing works,my question is there something I`m missing or is it DOB(dead out the box)..anyone dealt with hooked-on-tronics before?

Do the smaller xenons have the dual power/ground inputs? I know the 1200 did, not sure about the smaller ones. If so, are they both hooked up?

no, just the x1200.1 and the x200.4 have the dual power inputs, all the others have single 4ga inputs

the dual power inputs are just to make it easy which side you route the wires on.

Yeah I got a 200.2 and it did the same thing, lucky for me i was dealing with cardomain and they fixed it right up.
