I'll make this short and sweet.

Ok so today at work it was slow so i was doign some re-wiring and stuff and vacuuming my car.. Didn't have a good source of light and I accidently connected positive spkr wire to the negative, and vice versa (problem?) Turned the hu on, and all i heard was a quiet "beeeeeeep" almost. I found the problem, then hooked up right. Now when I turn on the HU, the midwoofers make a consecutive "boom boom boom boom boom" almost like a drum beat for about 5 notes, then a very high pitched annoying scream comes from the tweeters.

WTF did I do wrong?

Yeah but what's weird is when I turned it on when the wiring was swapped, it only made the quiet beep noise. However after I fixed the wiring, the woofers started to make the 'boomy' noise and the tweeters the high pitched scream.

anyways pretty weird.. im thinking maybe something to do with the RCA cables?

My question to you is how you realized you "accidentally" put the wire in the wrong spots? Anyways, I don't think switching the wires is going to cause the problems you listed. Sounds like something else happened. If this is your first time using them, then I would check your grounds and your RCA's. If you have a pioneer deck you should try using the ground fix. Ground the "front" rcas to the chassis or to the deck metal itself.
