What are some car audio install pet peeves you guys have? Whether it be you installing something one way, or seeing someone else's install done different than the way you do it, or whatever it is.
Just curious to know what other members prohibit, dislike, or annoys you when it comes to installs.
One simple thing that I do that I haven't seen many people doing around here is running the RCA's down the opposite side of the car (opposite the Power Wire(s)).
Although this is very simple and highly recommended to do, basically my buddies however who have setups run both down the same side. And I've seen a few installs that were done by shops where they too have both ran down the same side (drivers side). I'm the only one of the few who run them down opposing sides of the vehicle.
Another one would be that I always shoot for at least 3-4ft more of power/speaker wiring when it comes to buying. Although my measurements are accurate while determining length, I always feel "you never know..", whether it be relocating an amp or mounting woofers/speakers elsewhere.
Just a couple off the top of my head. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif
Now, how about you guys? What are some things you do/feel? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
