people behaving poorly in public,whats your experience?

ok so me and a friend of mine are doing some things for the boss and he had us go get argon for the welder. so we get in his truck and proceed to go get some. we are stopped at a traficc light because a train is coming. the tracks are to our left and the crossing is about 300 feet infront of us. the gates go down to stop cars from crossing the track. and you know how there is ussally about a 2-3 foot gap between the gates that swing down. well a guy who abviously has a life that is worth next to nothing crosses the tracks with the train coming and the gates down. and i thought to myself wow this guy is a dumb ***. then i realized he is in an electric wheelchair and has NO legs what so ever. if he had run out of juice or tipped over there was not anyone within running distance that could save him. so has anything like this happened and you got to witness it?
