I'm going to make an outline of our bet so we have something to go off:
-Each pitcher must pitch at least 150 innings, if either pitcher fails to do so, the other person wins automatically. If both pitchers fail to reach 150 innings, the bet is off

-For every inning over 150 innings, that would be 1 point, so 200 innings pitched would be 50 points

-Whoever has the lower ERA will earn 5 points. If it's within .05, no points will be awarded since it so negligible of a difference, for instance 3.43 vs. 3.48

-5 points to whoever has more strikeouts

-5 points to whoever has the lowest WHIP

-5 point to whoever has the lowest BAA

-5 points to whoever has the lowest hits per 9 IP

-20 points if either throws a no hitter

-50 points if either throws a perfect game

No points should be given for wins since that is a team stat.
