Peak Power of amp

I'm gonna get this amp http://www.mtx.com/caraudio/products/amplifiers/thunder5302.cfm and was going to bridge it at 4 ohms to a MTX thunder 7500. It says 300 bridged at 4 ohms. Can it do a little more than 300 at 4ohms?

it may do a little over 300w but there is no real telling until one sees a test sheet

I'll look one up. I think I might get this instead. It's cheaper and more power. http://www.mtx.com/caraudio/products/amplifiers/mxa4002.cfm Why would it be cheaper though. No lights flash like the others?

keep in mind the likelihood of this extra power making a difference is very slime seeing how you are not going to see full power listening to music

Will a single voice coil sound bad on a mono amp?

nope. it wont get too much power if its a 4 or 8 ohm SVC.

my amp does 1000wrms at 4 ohm.

If this is in an el camino will it sound louder than in a big car. My sub is right behind me. Do you think 400 watts will sound good?
