If you're talking about using audio out from your PC to external amps? Sure.. Can't see why not if it's a line-level RCA type output or can be plugged into RCA, such as from the back of a sound-card. Just remember you have to have volume control somewhere.. Assuming you've got one o' them new-fangled car-pc thingermajigs with volume controllable from the screen.
