Paypal's the DEVIL!!

I have always possessed a great hatred for paypal for a number of reasons (nosy as hell, constantly asking for personal information 2-3-10 times... how many times can they possibly lose my SSN and physical address? Freezing funds for "suspicious" activity, etc. etc..); yet, I deal with them regardless because its basically required to purchase anything online from an individual these days.

With that being said the following is an article insinuates that Paypal is slowly killing itself with terrible service and new competition. Let's all hope!!!

Feel free to check out Paypalsucksdotcom for tonsss of paypal horror stories. Ebay power sellers having accounts frozen for "suspicious" activity.. even though their feedback is 100% w/ over 50,000 transactions costing them everything.. Paypal ruins lives and don't care.

LOL. Paypal was bought by ebay. The author makes it sound as if ebay was created by ebay. Not true. Paypal was basically the currency of the internet for years and even the biggest players like google and yahoo havent been able to eat into paypals slice of the pie. Paypal has some issues but I think were a long way away from hearing the death knell.

I fail to see anywhere that I may have even hinted at Ebay being the creator of Paypal. I am very aware that Paypal is NOW owned by Ebay however it was purchased in 2002.. not created. And Paypal has indeed been the "go to guy" for personal transaction for many years, similar to how for many years Ebay itself was the place to buy used items and cheap goods; however, Amazon now outranks it. Same will follow suit with Paypal eventually. I personally just hope its sooner rather than later.

Had several issues and they always vote in the buyers favor if you are the seller no matter what proof you have.

The fact that the FDIC doesn't recognize pp as an "official" form of payment says a lot, esp given how big pp is.

I have my paypal account restricted for 6 months and they wouldn't release the 2.2k I had in it for 6 months.
