Did anyone see that paypal is now free if you transfer from your paypal account or bank account? If you pay with a credit card, you have the option to choose whether you pay fees or the other person pays fees. Is this something new? I've been using paypal for a long time now and I haven't seen this.

i highly doubt with what you are saying b/c I use paypal daily for transactions and there is no way that they can say "you the seller, you have to pay this fee b/c the buyer does not want to pay it". alot of the fee of using a credit card is the convience of using a particular brand as Visa, MC, etc... that fee is pulled from the total transaction, it's not charged to a particular party.

Sorry, I didn't realize it was a repost. As far as talking about it not costing anything anymore with paypal account funds or instant transfers from a bank account, you have to click on the stuff on the right hand side. It says their new policy there as far as fees go. It's nice because everyone always wants to charge for paypal fees when they're selling something. Now you can add that the buyer pays the fees and the buyer will know what the fees are.
