hi . now when you TAKE out money, do you get charged 3% for the fee? is that correct? for example, someone pays you 20$ but you receive 19$ and change ? along those lines

Only when you receive money do they hit you for it... Taking it out you shouldn't get charged (unless you request a check or something like that, direct transfer to your checking account is free.)

Depends on your type of account, for you I'd bet it will be 2.9% + .30 - so yes.
