paypal sucks!!!!!

my girlfriend bought a tiffany ring on ebay for $67. we took it to tiffany to verify that it was indead a real tiffany ring. it sure a s**t wasnt real. i file a claim with paypal over three months ago and i still havnt seen a f**king dime. i sent the ring back to the a**hole who sold me the fake ring and i give paypal the tracking number but i mixed up two of the numbers so they had the wrong tracking number. i send paypal the right tracking number and they say it can take another month to process. it has now been a month and the tell me that the case has been closed and that some idiot didnt send my email to the resolution center. it has also been over 10 min and im still on hold waiting for a supervisor. f**k paypal!!!!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif

Don't count on paypal to resolve anything for you. Even if its on ebay you still need to be careful.

I take it you bought off ebay? did ya contact them?

Oh and in IA you cant get a half way decent ring for $100. That must be a POS if tiffanys only charges 120.

i contacted the seller through email. they told me they would refund the money if i sent the ring back to them. i figured id be safe filing a claim with paypal instead of dealing directly with the seller
