So I got fvcked on an amp I bought. I opened up a dispute, escalated it to a claim. Apparently it is my responsibility to ship the amp and provide paypal with tracking.

So it looks like I am stuck with a 3 channel amp

Yeah that is the thing I will be fvcked $24.99 in shipping. I am not into losing money. I am pretty much done with ebay. I have had better experiences with sellers off ca.com:crap: Maybe I will drive down the interstate and throw it out the window, one less zed audio

This is the only amp I have for my highs. And I figure if I did decide to send it back, this douchebag will drag his knuckles doing whatever it takes to drag this out. I will use my credit card from now on, Paypal can keep their so called buyer protection, fvck them!

I have already talked to Paypal, they had the audacity to ask me if I would be willing to accept a lower amount They said it is more likely I will get a refund quicker if I accept a lower amount. So that basically pardons the seller from the situation. In this situation it appears the ball is in the sellers court not mine, so this is a lose lose situation from my view point.

You have to be SMART when dealing with paypal.. Some times being SMART means lying in a direction that will get you your refund..

If I spent $200 I would not eat it over $25.. that's just stupid..
