Paypal sucks, version 200005

You have to be SMART when dealing with paypal.. Some times being SMART means lying in a direction that will get you your refund..
If I spent $200 I would not eat it over $25.. that's just stupid..

Well that is what I am getting at. I will eat $25.00 worth of shipping, and then Paypal wants me to take concessions on the other amount. I guess they are banking on the fact that I would be so very fvcking grateful to get any scrap thrown back. Yeah whatever
