takes anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks....paypal sends the guy a note saying to send the money back, then they take it after the note, and possibly do something to the guys account....

THe seller has 10 days to respond and if they don't, the claim is decided in your favor. If your purchase was covered under buyer protection, then PP will cover it up to $175.

Some cocksucker stole $385 from me nearly two months ago....never shipped the amp to me and won't refund my money....PP gave me $175 but I am still waiting to see if the seller will come though. IF not then I will use CC chargeback BUT that immediatly settles the claim. The ******* seller doesn't even realize that he owes me my money PLUS PP the $175!!!
