Alright so my PayPal is all through my own card and such but Im moving to Lubbock this weekend into a dorm and such, but Im wondering how do I change my address and keep it as a confirmed address so I can get stuff from people without havin to buy from only certain people.

You just add a new address. Once you're verified, you'll stay verified.

Add the address, then there should be a option to make that address your current location.
