paypal question

I sold a sub off of egay at the end of january then the guy sends me a email 6 days after he got it, he also said when he was thinking about buying it that all he had to do was throw it in and his set up would be finished. but he said that i sent it blown because he pushed down the cone and it made a scraping noise, but i have always found that if you dont push directlly down own quad coil subs they scrape, anyways i said im not refunding because i unhooked it and it went straight into the shipping box working. so he put a hold on the money in paypal. so i filed a claim and they said that they would review it and tell me there dissicion within 15 days, that was 39 days ago what do yall think i should do, it seems like a pretty straight forward case to me.

 
if I'm not mistaken, all you have to do is provide the shipping number to paypal, and they rule in your favor. I had a similar incident like this, and they ruled in the favor of the seller because they provided a shipping number stating it was delivered. hope it helps. if anything, you can always contact paypal and talk to them.

 
if they filed "item not as described" they will get their money back sometimes AND keep the merchandise. paypal doesnt make them send it back

just call the police to help
