With paypal can money be sent to your account, if your account isn't verfied through an bank account. My uncle allows me to use his paypal to purchase things, but the money comes directly off his Visa. Curious?

it can be sent to your paypal account but obviously not to a bank account if one isn't associated with it

unless you are verified and have an actuall account attached to your paypal you can only use a credit card to send money and the only way to receive money is to get it in a check from paypal or in the form of a giftcard, etc.

You can leave it in PayPal and use it for other things...

exactly, but you can receive money into your account and then use it to purchase things elsewhere too......it's like having money but not actually having the money...errrr..........
