Go to withdrawl. There it says you can transfer money to your bank account. It will take 3-4 business days. But you have to link your paypal account to your bank account first. That requires you know your account number and a couple other things.

Once you receive the debit card you can pull the money out immediately at an ATM, but only $400/day. You can still use it for purchases @ $2K/day. I use Paypal regularly they also do all my CC merchant account duties.
