Paypal payment cancel

It doesnt take long to have to switched over...IIRC, it only took me a few hours. Paypal will notify the seller and ask him if he wants to upgrade, he clicks yes, and its done.

o really hmm okay ill have to ask him if he can do that. thanks. but if he doesnt want to do that does anyone know exactly what to do to cancel it?

i THINK the guy DECLINES it, or accepts the business account.
