Paypal or postal money order--which is safer?

Well, there's a fee, but it's usually under $10 if you get a domestic MO with every sort of extra tacked on //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

If someone tries to scam you with a postal MO, it's a federal offense...
If someone takes your money with Paypal and closes their account, you're SOL...

Which is exactly why I use this method for high dollar transactions. The USPS doens't mess around. IF I get screwed, you can bet, I want the ******* to get screwed even worse.

I love when assholes get screwed //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

Thanks for the quick responses guys. sounddomain is so dead.. I only got one response, but here I get 21. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I was sure postal money order was safer because it's a federal offense, so I think I'll make the right choice in sending that. Hopefully this will turn into a smooth transaction.. This is only my second transaction where I am the buyer.

prefer to use paypal, but ebay won't let me pay for pr0n0 with it so i use postal MOs for payment. have tried to use bidpay, but they are also anti-pr0n //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/blackeye.gif.66a1670f5aaf7f406e783a63e3387dc5.gif

Send your money with Teh Chuck and there will be no problems getting your merchandise or I'll roundhouse kick the seller into the poor house! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif

If the dad has an extennsive eBay history ask to see if they will make an eBay listing with your eBay username as the only person authorized to bid on the auction so there is inarguable proof that the deal was done as there will be the record of you placing the bid on eBay's servers then the record of your payment on PayPal's servers (probably the same servers as they are the same company) in the unfortunate event that you have to make a claim later (hopefully this won't happen but yanno - just in case....)

exactly what I as going to say, thats the absolute safest way to go. But the truth is you can get screwed over with paypal just as easily as with a money order.
