I only have my paypal linked to my Visa card. If they dont fix it, I call Visa and dispute it. Visa always sides with me.

Also, the thread starter is an idiot. Paypal is in a neg balance, not your bank account. They cant pull money from you unless its in there. Just change the bank account tied to it or open a new one. Then open a new paypal account. Problem solved. At no cost to you.

I have a guy who has owed me $350 bucks do to getting scammed. This was 2 years ago. Paypal still has it listed as a claim in my favor but no funds in his account. They told me I will never get paid when I called them.
Same BS happened to me eons ago......hence why it takes forever to sell my ish on here, but I get it sold.....most people still want to do PP only, but I am telling you what, once they screw you because of some scamming POS, then you will change your mind! I was out 700over an air bag setup off another site. Never again!

I am surprised paypal has the right to refund money without the
item being returned though...No biz gives a refund for something
that is not returned.......and all have a limited time period unless stated

I dunno man I have been using paypal for over 3 years and have had over $10,000 in transfers go through. Never had a single problem. I had one guy file a claim, but he was a lying idiot and I proved it to PayPal, so I won the claim. They can put your money on hold which is why it may show -$300 in your account, but if the claim is still up than your still in it man. They can't just give his money back when he starts a claim and they don't hear your side of the story.

You just said there are 2 sides to every story and your already saying im lying. Your referring to him as a poor fella like he has done nothing wrong. If he hasn't responded to my messages for the past 2 weeks and he even ignoring the Paypal claim that he started, yes I am sure he is a
"poor fella". And paypal isn't refunding the guy his money, until I have the laptop back.
