I sell a lot of laptops and parts online.... Occasionally I get a scammer that says the item never arrived. Usually I use UPS with a $100 insured value, even on a $60 item. That way if I have any troubles, I can either get my money back through UPS or PayPal if there's a claim. I had a machine delivered to a guy's doorstep (UPS), he didn't sign for it, and PayPal still sided in my favor due to all the evidence I had of fulfilling my part of the deal. He tried to say the laptop never arrived.
