Question about paypal echeck.....

What makes it an echeck? Is that the person who sends the money, or the person who receives the money?

The receipt says the funds will be available when they clear from the senders account, but the person who sent the money said it has to due with the receivers acccount.

Can someone clear this up?

if the sender doesnt have a premier account then it takes 3-4 business days for the funds to clear his bank account. has nothing to do with the person recieving the money.
