you can get a credit line on them FYI

But if you got your bank account setup right, you can send instant payments through paypal to another paypal member. however if you don't have a confirmed account with the right backup funding options it doesn't work.

I dont have one and I've done instant transfers with no problem..

Actually, they require a back up funding source which means you need to add like your own bank debit card or credit card after adding your bank account, then instant payments can be done...

I do instant transfers from my bank with no problem (with my own student credit card as back up funding source)
