Buyer escalated this dispute to a Claim.

I have not received the Xbox 360 games that I purchased on November 17th. He told me that he shipped the games in November but he then contradicts himself by saying that he did not. Seller also told me that he had no tracking number for the package. I would like my money back for this transaction. I have been waiting for 4 weeks!

Looks like maybe everything is automated at paypal so he is trying to 'shaft the system' somehow into making it think he provided valid tracking info.

Paypal doesnt cover things to well that were bought over a forum. If it was ebay you should have ur money back in a heartbeat

Doesn't matter. If there's no delivery confirmation or tracking number, they always side with the buyer.
