Paypal charges

I have used PP for a long time and never had to give them money. Everytime someone sends me funds it goes straight in..

I just did one the other day and now today I got one and I had to click accept to get it.. Now to accept it I have to upgrade and get a 3% or not and pay 5%

Is it because he used a CC? (IDK if he did, that is the only thing I can think of|)

i don't think it was a cc because i got a amp off a person here and used my cc. he didn't say anything like that. ask ridinhi if they charged him that

I clicked yes and it told me I have succesfully recieved a CC or DC payment.. So I guess that was it.

yeah if you don't upgrade your account they **** you for 5%

But I think they also limit the # of CC payments you can receive until you upgrade it
