so im the seller and this guy who bought my mmats d300hc decides to do a chargeback on my ***. so will the money be pulled out my bank account first or does he have to ship first? this guy thinks i scammed him and hes full of it of how i see.

if hes doing a chargeback on you, dont ship it.

no reason for him to have both.

wait until it gets resolved or you contact him about the chargeback.

I would clear my balance on paypal, and inform my bank to not accept any withdrawals from paypal until this is cleared up. That way, paypal cannot snag any money from you.

"i knew something was wrong when you offered all extra items and showed me a picture of a different amp thats why you didn't show a pic of the modified piece i want my money back i have also filed a chartgeback with my bank"

man to all my refs, as a seller, i try to sell my shit in bundles and i was trying to get more attention by selling my mmats with a run of power wire and a new monster rca cable. so this guy thinks im trying to pull a fast one because of this? doesnt seem logical to me since thats how i always sell my stuff.

regardless of if you screwed him or not (i don't know enough to pass any sort of judgement), its pretty shitty on his part to file a chargeback without first consulting you

call up your bank and tell them to not allow any transactions from paypal.

Hate to break the news, but you got ****ed. Nothing you can really do. In the future, try to steer away from PayPal as much as possible. It's completely unsafe for sellers. Another thing for future is to have your buyer pay with instant bank transfer then claim/cancel the transaction before you ship. Thus, it cannot be reversed.

I hope you guys work something out. Remember shit could always be worse.

paypal is pretty gay about claims, they pretty much find in favor of the buyer everytime.

i just called paypal and they said that he cannot keep both. but i dont know what the chances are. he could be sending me a both full of newspaper and give that confirmation number to paypal.

so my paypal account is negative, if i were to leave it like that, i was told that the collective agents were gonna come after me, just something i didnt know.
