It's no wonder why the poverty gap is widening. There are those who choose to be educated, because it is cool. And those who choose to be uneducated, which , to some, also seems to be cool.

Unfortunately, the gap between America's richest and poorest also rest along this decision.

no first, i said i thought it was 1/2 then i realized it was not. second, it doesnt matter if it is complete or not as the (using 1/2) walls will still tend to vibrate because of the the thickness. 3rd, it is interchangeable
