This box looks great. i hope he sends you pix loaded with all the equipment. I do have a question for you (since you did one on this box). What is the best way to install plexi into a box like this (from the back, router, etc)?

I carved an area into the board so the plexi counter sinks into in it.....Typically I leave 1/2" of material on the outer side...Then on the inside you can put some adhesive caulk under the plexi edges and countersink screws into it to hold it in place....
