Passat CC - new radio confusion. I'm stuck..

I've just got my new radio and I have no idea how to plug it in... I have a feeling that I'm missing some bits here. None of the extensions and cables seem to fit. What you think guys?

In one of your photos, you show a 16 pin connector on your unit and a 16 pin connector on your cable. Have you tried to connect that cable to the 16 pins?
Also, did it come with instructions or a support website address?
