They sell pre-packaged carpet at Wally World too. I've used it several times and it works & looks just fine.

Yeah, the pre packaged stuff is kinda thick. Even so, I've had good results with it the few times I've used it...

Good shit, i use that alot on small boxes, ive never even used "real" speaker box carpet. I use the fleece or felt carpet from walmart, works real nice. The fleece stuff is real stretchy and ends up looking nice as shit too. Heres some i used on my rear deck.
