Anyone from the area? Me and some friends are planning a trip there and wondering what are some good places to go. Going to be there a week so looking for something different to do each day. I know for sure we're going to skydive but open to suggestions after that. Also is $1000 spending cash for a week seem like enough or should I bring more?

Dammit are you one of the tards coming for spring break? I dont see what people see here... its a beach like every other one then the spring breakers come and ruin crap they balcony dive and dont know that a red flag means get the hell out of the water so every year the coast guard has to rescue hundreds of yall...

with that said...

not sure if your into fishing but you can check out captian andersons to take you 30 miles out to catch some fish

shipwreck water park is right on front beach road im sure you will see it

i live there but i prefere econfina creek.. and ill prolly get shot for telling tourists about this but its much better than the beach you can rent canoes and go down the creek its about an 8 hour trip econfina creek (and yes there will be plenty of drunk people there just like the beach)

theres tons of boat rental places you can go to and get a boat to shell island

st andrews state park is there...

go 60 miles north and you can take some cave tours at florida caverns state park in marianna

club la vela seems to be pretty interesting to the tourists they have all kinds of shit going on during spring break

usually rad bolt hosts a sound show on the beach during spring break if your in town during that he runs all the iasca and db drag around here cool guy his team had alot of 1st places in spring break nationals check for his shows here GITTER DUN SPL : Home

but i mean there isnt really that much to do here as people think i mean yeah come down and get trashed and trash our beach while your here but thats about it

a word of advice in all seriousness please watch the tide flags every year there is atleast 3 drownings from people in the water when they shouldnt ill tell you from personal experience you cannot swim as good as you think you can when theres a rip tide out people say yeah but i came to the beach and there was red flags i came all the way down here im going to go swimming... seriously dude its not worth it stay out of the water unless the conditions are good

i would tell you to stay out unless its green flags but thats prolly asking too much but dont go in the fuking water when its red flags

We went down for the clubs and beach.........................and to get the fuk out of B'ham for a week, lol.
