I think Letterman is the "douchebag". I am certain his "jokes" are passed through legal council before appearing live. Perhaps the legal council should be revamped.
Letterman is getting exactly what he deserves.

Wouldn't bother me much at all if there wasn't such a double standard here. Again, if Gov. Palin was a lefty and someone like say Rush or Hannity told this joke, the outcry from the mainstream media would be unreal.

Letterman apologized but Palin does not want to move on. She is the one continuing it.
