Same company though i believe. Stoeger, Benelli, Beretta, Franchi and another one are all owned by the same i believe. Thats how the Beretta and Stoeger Semi-auto shot guns of the past have used Benellis patented recoil system.

This is a sweet deal, how do they perform when compared to the SA8s? Do they like sealed and/or ported and is it rubber or foam surround? Is that dust on the cone yes? Sorry for all the questions but I'm a total noob when it comes to True Bass subs.
