What's the best way to do this? I'm planning on painting all the chrome trim on my 06 malibu gloss black. I'm wanting to do both grills, the side molding and the molding on the back. The problem I'm having is that the side molding is two parts and I don't know how to take it off or if I even really have to.. Part of the side molding is gray and I want to leave it that way but it has a chrome accent piece that I want to replace. Help me out guys.

Media blast it, prime paint clear, done.
