i have a Lexus LS400 with leather interior.the whole inside matches the outside of the car but the outside have couple deep scratches that are not able to take off n the second half of my paint is fading..so i want to repaint my car. but i want to paint the whole in side black..or maybe peanut butter here n black there to have that sporty look..

have anybody did it to your car..let me knoe

with a good dye it can turn out good, but that is a shitasston of work:fyi:
exactly i'v seen a few come ok good and a few horrible. all require a bunch of work. and i wouldn't attempt it on 'good' seats myself. and i love doing mods for the 1st time. i'd practice on some junker's 1st.

easiest would be a black dash + leather seats + abc pillars etc from a jy with the colors the op wants. throw in a nice new black carpet and black headliner and ****. awesome black interior. all rather cheap.

look up colorglow...i think there still around, if you have to do it your self i would say don't, it will work for a month or so and then start subbing off. theres alot of prep work to do it your self

i worked for a family company names leather magic. They sell alot of leather and vinyl dye and recoloring kits. I do all the dyeing and stuff to my own cars. As said it will probally be easier to find another set of interior and switch it out. Dying is a lot of work and takes a lot of time to do it. It can get rather expensive too. Enough to do a complete interior and your prolly lookin at $300-400. But if you STILL want to redye it the website is

http://www.leathermagic.com

Of course I will be biased, I'm in the business of car interiors, but the real truth is for all the hard work, time and money (and potentially something going wrong) when it comes to dying (painting.. no thanks! :|) an interior - you may aswell at least consider having it redone.

Plus, you can't achieve things like this Nissan Navarra's interior with colouring alone.

Price things up, look around, don't immediately assume it will be cheaper or easier to change the colour yourself.

Whatever your choice, I hope it goes well //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
