Paging all 7th generation Accord owners

Need some help here...

Looking for some ideas for an amp rack to install my equipment on. I will be mounting two amps, a dsp and distro block. I was thinking of fabricating a rack in the trunk on the right sidewall but it would leave me no access to the jack. The rear left side will house my sub enclosure. I would prefer to leave the spare tire and all oem equipment alone and not remove them. Anyone fabricate anything for the rear fold down seat?

Stacked my amps on the drivers side rear box right under 6x9s distros in the spare tire well battery under the jack right side.
