Pad

Carpet pad would work better in the inside of midrange speaker cabinets to dampen the backwave...not for mass loading, which is the point of sound deadening //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Instead of paying a lot for Dynamat, you could go with RAAMmat or Second Skin, both of which are cheaper and just as good if not better //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

QuietCar works good... I swore off asphalt based deadening a while back. Carpet underlay may help you kill rattles if you stuff it in behind stuff, and it may kill some road noise, but it won't prevent your panels from vibrating.
