PA A1000B / MA HK1000D / Kenwood KAC-X812D / Visonik V800XD

My friend has 2 AQ SD2.5's coming in which he'll be running in a ported box. He has only ~200 bucks for an amp. The subs are rated at 500-600 watts.

He originally suggested the Kenwood KAC-9512D to me, but it "only" does 900 watts and I think Kenwoods are rated at 14.4V so its a little less at the operating voltage he'll be at with a stock electrical system.

Out of the amps I listed which would you choose? Even if he puts up a little bit more money I'm not looking to put more than 1200 watts to these even though I'm sure they can take it since his stock alt is like 80 or 90 amps and I don't want him to experience any dimming.

does he need is power at 1 or 2 ohms?

id go for it,fyi thats the only pa line i would touch its solid.Hifonics level stuff but less money.
