P3 or C2 Threatcon

I am thinking of getting 2 Rockford Fosgate P3 DVC 4 Ohm subwoofers 12" for my car or getting 2 C2 Audio Threatcons 12" DVC 4 Ohm subwoofers for my 1999 4runner with 1200W @ 1ohm and a 4.5 cu ft box ported.
