I have bought these components from an authorized dealer but changed my mind again . I have done a bunch of research on these and spoke to a few dealers about them. I chose them over the Dynaudio 3-way for a few reasons. One main difference if obviously price but these Matrix Elite 380CS retail for $999 vs Dynaudio 342 for $1300. I was also considering price/performance for what i was getting, from the opinions that i have gathered, OZ tweeter is favored over the MD102, the midrange is personal opinion cone vs dome, and the midbass output is about the same. I bought these components for really no reason except for what i have heard. If you dont know Exile Audio, they were founded by the PG engineers when PG went "a different route". Did you ever listen to those Exile comps?I was thinking about running the PG Elites but a guy that was selling them said that he had to CA glue the cone back together and one of the tweeters blew up with less than rated power so I'm scared to run those speakers...
