he didnt sell his other subs he is trading me them...also he hasnt gotten the money for them either so thats not an excuse..ive talked to pioneerpimp and he in no way seems like a scammer..what ive read so far is that your package was "stolen" off your porch...that no longer becomes his problem it becomes UPSs problem so you have to take it up with them...also ALL ups packages are signature required arent they?

i even asked UPS and they said its up to the drivers discretion if they want to leave the package even if a sig is required or not..and no i didnt insure them. but that doesnt matter since you have the subs and youre just wanting more money also..plus youre going to sell my amp arent you? youll be up big then

can you please just call ups so they can start some kind of claim about this, becuse i do not have them and they said that the sender of the package needs to call them to give them the info

and belive me i do not have them becuse if i call them and tell them i didnt get it and then they replace it when i really did have it then that is insurence fraud and its a felony to do that, so i really dont think i am just making this up

so please just call them so we can get this figured out, im not gonna sell ur amp so just settle this so we can be done with it all

Hey looks like the dust is finally starting to settle down in here.

UPS MUST be contacted. The shipper MUST be the one to contact them. The shipper is the one to file the claim, as he's the only one who even knows for sure what was shipped (which is why receiver cannot file claim). Any other steps taken by you two at this point, besides doing this, is nothing more than dragging your feet. Arguing here sure doesn't solve anything.

If that doesn't work, choice number 2 is one of you step up and contact the cops. Chances are one of you is willing to do that because they are in the right, and one of you isn't, because you are wrong and you know it. So, if you are the one in the wrong here (either of you), I suggest HIGHLY that you help the other person try choice number 1 with all your ability... you wont like choice number 2. Capice?
