ok so i met this guy in person we traded 2 jl audio w3v2 and 60 bucks for an ma audio hk4400 amplifier that i had gotten off ebay. so we get back home he says the amp doesnt work..he wants to trade back.no response for 2 weeks all of a sudden he sends me a PM saying that hes been trying to reach me. i tell him to give me his address so i can ship back..he doesnt give it to me for another week as i keep asking him..then he threatens me out of no where about getting the best alwyer in IL cus he lives in a rich neighborhood and all of that shit so now i send his subs back to me..he asks for a tracking number i give it to him about 24 hrs alter..but he lives like 2 hours away..so UPS said it was delivered at 1 30 PM on friday..4 30PM he sends me a PM still asking for the tracking number..and UPS doesnt give any info until 24 hrs alter on any progress made anyways..now hes saying i shipped to the wrong addy..and he gave me the same addy like 5 times cus iw anted to amde sure i sent it to the right palce..now hes saying i have to get it figured out even though the subs got delivered..at 1 30 friday and he says he doesnt have them. hes saying now i sent them to the wrong address and all of this stuff and now hes going to the police cause he still doesnt have his subs. who is in the wrong here and does this guy sound like a scammer i have had nothing but trouble with him for the last two months..and now hes taken it even farther

you wanna start a thred about this huh? ok fine by me people can know the real truth about what you did and what you are still trying to do.

this story happend like he said it would for the most part, i drove a little over 2 hours to meet him at tweeter in geniva to make this trade for my subs and 60 bux for his amp. so i get there and i give him the subs, doesnt even look at them, simply takes my word for it that they are in there, and they were, but for all he knows there could have been pyle subs in there, that was the first thing that smelled a little fishey to me, then he get the amp out of his car and its not in a regular box from ma audio it is a refurbished box from them, i know this becuse i have 2 ma audio amps and i know what their boxes look like. again kinda strainge to me but i really liked the amp and i wanted it, so he opens it up for me. how me opened it should have gave it away to me that the amp was crap becuse he cut one thing of tape that was about 3 inches long and opened it up when there was tape all around the box. so i look at it and it looked fine so i said whatever and took the amp home with me. after i get home the next day i look in the box and the bass knob was not even for the right amp and then i go to hook it up and suprise suprise, it doesnt work. and he knew it didnt work either. so after all this happends i dont really trust the guy as most people wouldnt, so i tell him lets meet somwhere so we can trade back cuz it will be cheaper than shipping to dirve, but no he is to "lazy" to drive and meet halfway, so i tell him ok ship them to me and then i will ship ur amp back also. simple enuf? no he wants me to ship his amp then he'll ship my subs and my 60 bux back, so i say hell no by this point. so then he finally gave in after like 15 pm's saying i want my subs back and he said he would ship them first. so i say ok tell me when ur sending them and i want a tracking number so they do not just sit outside for someone to take them. after like 3 days he sends me a pm saying it is gonna be 2 weeks before i can get ur 60bux. so im mad but i say ok get it when you can i just want my subs. so 2 weeks go by and then he sends me a pm sayin i dont have ur money i need more time. so im like no just send the subs and send the money later, and he refuses to do that. but in the mean time while im waiting for him to get 60 bux together, he has a whole new setup in his car, and has sold a couple things of his, but acording to him he dont have the money. wierd if you ask me, then where did you get the money for ur new subs and 2 new amps??? so im pissed by this point and now we are at this stage in his little game where he sent the subs, didnt give me the tracking number, he wont tell me if he insured the package or not, and i still dont have my subs after they say they have been delivered. so now he is thretening me saying bad things will happen to me if he has to come down there, and he says he will get the police involved. so i told him strait up go ahead come on down here ur gonna be wasting ur time. i think it is funny how he is willing to drive down here now but he wouldnt meet me half way to exchange the stuff. anyways so i told him to call ups and get this figured out and he said no and was acting like an *** so i flat out told him you have 2 weeks to get me my subs or some kinda info about them otherwise im sellin ur amp to make up for the money i have lost. in the end of it all i would just avoid this guy as a seller becuse he thinks that he has refs so he can do whatever he wants, all i did was try to buy and amp it was broke and i wanted my stuff back, and he refused to help find a solution to the problem, now he has made it worse and started a thred about all of this. now everyone can see what a low life scum of the earth you are. after telling this story to 2 people that were looking to buy his amp, they didnt want to buy anything from him. i did this becuse for a while he was ignoring my pm's i could see he was on the forum and he just wouldnt respond to them, so i posted on his thred and asked him were my subs and 60 bux were and that started the big downfall for him selling his amp. im sure i have missed some stuff cuz im in a rage right now with how pissed i am.

i know..and he shud have to take it up with UPS..and he shud ship my package back to me...my "non working" amp as he put it that now he is going to sell to buy some new subs since his supposedly didnt get delivered to him. like i wud pay the money to ship it if i didnt think it wasnt going to get to him.hes a little ****in scammer hes telling me he doesnt have to do anything..im the one to call UPS...everyone on this forum knows how UPS's tracking progression goes..no one ever gets any info til at least 24 hours after the seller ships it out...and i gave him the number after it was delivered..the package got delivered in basically 6 hours...the tracking information wudnt even have been up to date except that it had been delivered..which it says..and for some reason hes saying he knows there was no sig required and hes saying it was taken off his front porch..hes knows both of these facts but knows nothing about the package being "gone"? hes a liar..a scammer and i just want my amp back...he has been hassling me ruining my sales and everything while i have been trying to work things out with him while all the meantime he is being difficult..then he pulls this..and after i told him on friday it ahd been delivered at 1 30PM..i told him this at 4 30 pm he was still asking for a tracking number like he hadnt recieved it yet making it look even worse on my part. then he doesnt answer any of my PM's til just today when i threatened him with the police and he has been abck and forth on here all weekend. even more suspicious

well actually you were the one first to say u were going to get the police involved. second of all i didnt say bad things were going to happen to you like i was threatening you? i was being peaceful. and you tell me nothing can happen to you..you said u wanted to subs abck and not the money..not your 60 dolalrs..im trying to be nice by giving him his 60 dollars at the same time..im working overtime 60 hour work weeks and my work saturdays included and i dont feel like driving 2 hours to meet this guy. so i decide to ship back i dont care if i lose 10-20 dollars on shipping. the new setup came way before we were even talking about trading anything. i told you to ship first cause i ahve plenty of refs to speak for me and you got nothing. avoid me? ask my refs how transactions went with me.. where are your refs at? you have none. you are the piece of shit saying your subs didnt get delivered. threatening me with how you have the best layeer in IL. you live in a rich neighborhood you can get the cops to subpeona my aprents???? where wud you even get the idea to say something that stupid. he also forgot to mention the aprt about how he didnt respond to me for two weeks when i kept asking him for his address over and over again. and he only sent me 3 PM's for the tracking number and it was in my gf's car who was at work at the time and i told him i wud get it to him that night..little did i know the subs had been delivered at 1 30 that afternoon..but some how he knew that no sig was required and that they were dropped on his front porch.

and no one wud have even know they were subs they were in a plain box with no lettering on it whatsoever. and what does the 3 inch tape on the amp box and me not opening the sub boxes and them being pyle subs have to do with anything. you are just a waste of lie trapped in a ****in ten year old's body who doesnt know how to cope with a modern world..but then again i can blame your rich daddy for that right?
