yeah, most standard recones probably have like $20 worth or materiel in them... it's a big ripoff...

I think the CA glue kit is like $30 and will do 2-3 subs. HD's are killer subs though, so worth it IMO...

That is kinda pricey.. The glue itself must have cost around $30 bucks though.

The recones for my 10" Fi BL's were $105 plus shipping, the Atomic APX 10's were something like $130 plus shipping, the larger sizes I'm sure can get pretty expensive.

If the coils are flat-wound USA made coils and the other parts are half way decent its alot more than 20 dollars to make a drop-in!

108 for the actual recone isnt bad at all! You will have plenty of glue left over. That's good stuff to have hangin round. lol

My bad, I just checked my emails. The Atomics APX10's were $80 for the recone, $31 for shipping and and extra $10 if I need the glue.

its a huge bottle (still not a super deal tho)

and id say its expensive like that cause AQ doesnt make that sub anymore

HDC recones are less than half that

and SDC2.5 recones are like $40
