Orlando Florida??

the stereotypes i heard about florida is that they do not like northeners? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
If that is true, I surely haven't witnessed it. In the Tampa and orlando areas there are hardly any natives. A lot of new yorkers and Midwest peeps.

Dude I'm in school at UCF in Orlando and I think I can help...Your 2 hours away from Ybor city in Tampa-the best area for clubs, bars, stripclubs if thats your cup of tea and 20 min past that is Pinellas County (my home area) a great GUlf Coast Area with world class beaches and hotels. Around 5-6hours from Miami, which needs no introduction. 30min from the East coast like daytona and cocoa. And add to that all the theme parks, nightlife, and everything in orlando? Dude why the hell arent you here yet! But I will say this, living IN orlando is massivly expensive, live on the outskirts and commute. Hope this helps.

beaches aren't my thing since i can assure you that no one wants to see me on the beach. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif i not really a club goer, but that is because there are none in my area. i'm pretty sure i'm gonna go down there. hopefully i can get a career started down there. the humidity is gonna kill me though. this past summer in michigan was unbearable so i can imagine how bad it will be in florida. i guess i'll just have to adapt like i did to the cold.

2 hours? **** you drive slow //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif j/p

But I'm moving to Tampa soon, live in Sarasota now and it blows some dirty *** //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif , hopefully by the end of this year I'll be finishin up community college and on my way to USF. But yea Tampa is great, a lot cheaper to live there than Orlando. O-town is a nice place too though, and as already said, not too far from tampa/st pete/the east coast/jacksonville. I say do it;)

Do it, orlando is the shit.

As far as getting a career here and staying, you will get used to the humidity. I have lived in south florida almost all my life, and i will never leave as long as i can afford it.

the car is coming with me or it's staying in michigan. the more i think about the more i want to do it. it's gonna **** when i first get there since i don't know anybody, but i think i'll make it. also i'll probably be going down there right around my 21st birthday //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/up2something.gif.dd110ecf3ae4b76050d87598f2f8de7c.gif

If in MI you live anywhere near the lake then the humidity isn't any worse in FL. It's just that you have it for a longer period of the year :p

it gets very humid up here but it's still hotter in florida //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif this year was an unusually hot summer. we had like 13 days were it made it too 90 degrees. last year we never hit 90 degrees. how hot does it get down there in the winter? also the way i look at it, is that northern michigan has one of the worst economies in the country and if i want a good job i'm gonna have to leave. plus more and more jobs are being lost in detroit so it doesn't make sense to move there either

you MAY get somewhere in the lower 40s, but it's all uphill from there:)
