i had sent my amp back 4 weeks ago beacuse a 2 lil chips on the inside feel off...a week later a call to see if they got it and they said they shipped it out. A week rolls by and nothin. So I call again. The guy said that it actually just shipped that day so i was like WTF and was so pissed that i didnt even bother askin for a trakin number....then another week rolls by and nothin. So i call them back yesterday i ask what was the deal with my amp, and the guy didnt know and was like can i call you back so i left him my number. No call back all day yesterday. So this morning I call back...they lost my amp (an orion 1200d) and are sending me a westcoast customs 2400d that i dont even want cause its probably to big for my cars electrical system...they said they didnt have anymore 1200d's. He said it should be here tomarrow at about 5pm...but well see what happends

That sucks that they treated you like that. I thought the WCC 2400D was basically just a 1200D? I remember it doing like 1200 watts rms at 1 ohm just like the 1200D, I know the WCC 5000 is basically just the 2500D as well....

I dealt with them on two occasions and e-mail is the best way to get to them. They are painfully slow at any rate. And now, they no longer even care- at all- if you send them questions or ask for support on outdated products. They just ignore it.

if you still have the end caps from you orginal orion 1200d then just peal the dam wwc logo off it and ditch the end caps and there you go a 1200d.

it is the excate same amp just rebaged (logo and end caps) for wcc.

nope they are last years model west coast customs version of the 1200d and 2500d

excate same amp it will even have orion 1200d or orion 2500d down in the right hand corner.

They just added end caps and a removable badge on the amp for wcc.

so that 2400 you got is a 1200d with alittle west coast customs bling
