Just talked to a friend of mine. He has 2 15" Orions running off a 1000w MTX I think in his cherokee. I think he said they were series 2, if that makes any sense. He says he'll sell the two 15's and the box there in for 175. Do you guys think this is a pretty good deal? Ive heared it before and it was pretty nuts. Also what do you guys think would be a good amp for this setup? Its for a buddy of mines and he doesnt want to blow some serious money.

Yeh are probably XTR series 2. I have had sets of the 10s and 12s. They have been good sounding subs that get pretty loud. They seem to like air space for a sealed box. If they weren't beat to hell, and the box was decent. I would offer him 100, not more than 150 though.

Depending on the voice coil setup will determine amp.

Im not sure on the models. I was showing him my new setup and he just told me he wanted to get rid of his Orion series 2 15's and the box there in.
