Orion XTR 250 & XTR 2150

Hello guys I'm coming across a nice deal on these two amps... does anyone have much info about them? I would like to know if they are 2 ohm mono stable, even though the 'ratings' put them @ 4...

Also, what kind of price tag would these garner if I were to sell? I believe I saw a 2150 on ebay for $255, but I have no idea about the 250...

250-300 seems to be about what the 2150 is going for. as for the 250 i would have to guess at about

100-130. those are the older ones correct? should be 2ohm stable bridged if they are.

i have the high pass and also an 80hz low pass, my guy told me the jumpers on the xover can be set as well

Nice. Mine has a DVX2 crossover in it, works really nice. Let me know if you want some extra chips. I have a couple bypass chips and another smaller x-over just like the one you have. I have the manual for them all if you ever need help with them. Just shoot me a pm.

i have never used these amps so i'll take all the info possible!

I wish the 250 was a 4ch amp!! I really want to do an old school install in my RSX now that I have these amps. I'll even keep the HCCA if I have to, maybe do an inverted setup!

They can be hard, but once you figure it out its easy. When i got my 2150 and the dvx2 crossover i couldnt figure it out for the life of me. But i got it down after awhile. The jumpers are the hardest part but like i said i have that manual if you ever have any questions. I could even try to fax you a couple copys if you have access to a fax machine.

let me look at orion's page and see if they have a pdf version of it. i was told if i wanted to turn my hpf into a lpf just set the jumpers on the x-over from vertical to horizontal. who knows!

p.s. i dont have a fax but i know i can scan/email my documents on my epson flatbed all in one.
