Personally Ike sound has done quite a few poeple wrong I would never deal with them even though I know alot of people have had good experiences with em. Plus I personally would never pickup a refurb.

make sure it's factory refurb. they get new and better parts to make sure they don't go bad again and go through tougher checks when leaving the company. as said before ikesound sucks, especially their tech guy.
